Utila's Sapphire House is a newly constructed upscale 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located at the water's edge on what is called the "old airport" area at the beginning of TradeWind. This stylish home features sea views from both bedrooms, and the great room (which includes the living area, dining area, and the kitchen area). The sea side deck provides a perfect place to sit in the quiet and enjoy the lapping of the Caribbean waves against the shore. THIS is what you have been looking for!

Enter the gated yard and walk up the stairs to find your upscale 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation home awaiting your arrival. When you open the door you be hit with a WOW factor! The entire sea side of the home, from the Great Room, to both bedrooms flanking it, have unobstructed views of the Caribbean.

A fully found kitchen with everything you might want to prepare anything from a quick snack to a full course meal is at your disposal. Doing your prep work on the large granite island means you can watch the sea even as your prepare your meal.

The living area and dining area are also designed to maximize your view pleasure. Twin sofas allow for both social and intimate conversations while the dining area can also function as a work area if you need to catch up with goings on outside of your holiday. The large Flat Screen is fed by Starlink, as is the entire house. Great for when you've had a full day of fun and just want to relax with a good movie.

Each of the bedrooms boasts a queen size bed and is flanked by a full size upscale bath. Dual sinks sitting on a granite countertop and an oversized shower means no one has to wait if your in a hurry to clean up and meet friends in town. When you return for slumber, you can leave the window shades open if you prefer and enjoy the sun awakening you as it comes over the Caribbean.

The seaside deck is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or even an evening cocktail. Watching dive boats meander by, or seeing the ferry as it runs to Roatan or La Ceiba is often enough entertainment to satisfy looking to unwind. If you feel like tossing a couple of steaks on the grill, it is at the ready when you are.

This entire private home is at your disposal excepting the downstairs bodega. However, ample parking is most certainly available on site.

Other things to note:

This home does not allow parties or events. It is in a quiet neighborhood where respect of your neighbors is expected.

Of special note: however, is that this home is next to The Point Bar & Grill where the owners provide exceptionally good food and beverages, allow the use of their pool to patrons (no children except on Sunday afternoon) yet still manage to keep the entire establishment very low keyed. Pop over and introduce yourself to the owners Devra and Kevin and enjoy The Point Bar & Grill.

Assistance for Guests: We are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and with over 20 years of living on Utila pretty well know every business on the island, allowing us to arrange virtually anything available on the island.  Pick-up services, drop-off services, arranging excursions, etc. are all just a phone call away.  Additional housekeeping and laundry services are available for an additional fee.  Just ask and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs during your stay with us, and to keep that smile on your face!
