Sunrise House is Now Hosting!
This beautiful waterfront home sits directly on the shore of Paradise Cove, one of Utila’s most peaceful and scenic locations. With sweeping panoramic views of the Caribbean, it’s designed to bring the ocean right to you.
The main floor features two spacious Master Suites flanking a large, open Great Room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water. The gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room all flow together, making it perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Standout features include:
-
Private path to a gentle coral beach entry — ideal for snorkeling or swimming right out your back door
-
Elevated, fully screened al fresco dining area extending from the front of the house (one of our favorite recent upgrades)
-
Stunning views to Roatán to the north, Cayos Cochinos to the east, and the Pico Bonito Mountains to the south
Located on the east side of the island, Sunrise House benefits from Utila’s famous steady Trade Winds, keeping the property naturally cool and nearly bug-free — one of the most comfortable micro-climates on the island. It’s quiet and private, yet only about 2 miles from town (easy to walk or a quick ride on a golf cart, scooter, or Tuk-Tuk).
Whether you’re sipping morning coffee while watching the sunrise, reading on the porch, or enjoying a sunset cocktail after a day of diving or exploring, this home is built for making memories.
Guest Support Tony & Jo have called Utila home for over 20 years. We’re here to help with anything you need — airport transfers, excursions, restaurant recommendations, or extra housekeeping and laundry. Just ask — we love making your stay special.
