We have recommendations available from our existing clients that we can forward upon request. We can contract for simply booking your property up to and including basic maintenance or emergency repairs. Due to our having been on the island for over 20 years, we have a repertoire of tradesmen available for any maintenance issues that might arise, from minor to major, making your life easier and less stressful, as a homeowner from afar.
We are amenable to representing everything from budget rentals up to high end homes; our portfolio of homes is valued in the millions of dollars. We are well established in Utila’s rental market, online, and have a significant list of recurring clients that we place in various properties year ‘round. Our internet presence is well established and we often get online inquiries,or telephone requests via our dedicated US telephone line, for properties from budget to higher end.
